Prices and Payment Terms.
-
-
Prices posted on this Site may be different from prices offered by us at other locations. All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on this Site are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All such taxes and charges will be added to your merchandise total and will be itemized in your shopping cart and your order confirmation email. We strive to display accurate price information, however, we may, on occasion, make inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to cancel any orders arising from such occurrences.

-
-
We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. Shipping and handling charges are reimbursement for the costs we incur in the processing, handling, packing, shipping, and delivery of your order.
-
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
-
-
Returns and Refunds. Requests for returns and refunds will be subject to this Section 5 and ShopBETA’s Refund Policy https://shop.beta.team/policies/refund-policy. All sales are final, except for defective or nonconforming products and as otherwise required by applicable law.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as a change of mind or customer preference. However, we may, in our sole discretion, authorize a return, exchange, or refund on a case-by-case basis. Any such authorization is voluntary and does not obligate us to authorize similar requests in the future.
If we authorize a return, we may establish reasonable conditions for that return, including requirements concerning product condition, proof of purchase, return shipping, and the form of any refund or credit. Any applicable conditions will be communicated to the customer before the return is accepted.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law, including rights relating to defective or nonconforming products, applicable warranties, or legally required order cancellations and refunds.
A written copy of this policy is available upon request.

International Sales. We may determine, in our sole discretion, the countries and territories to which we offer products or services or permit shipment, and may change those destinations or suspend international sales at any time, subject to applicable law. Availability of a destination at checkout, submission of an order, or issuance of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order or a commitment to ship to that destination. We may review the destination, product, customer, and applicable legal or logistical requirements on an order-by-order basis and may decline or cancel an order before acceptance if we determine that we cannot or will not fulfill it. If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund amounts paid for the unfulfilled order as required by applicable law. International orders are subject to applicable export, import, sanctions, customs, and other laws. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and related charges; any additional charges and responsibilities will be disclosed as required by applicable law. Nothing in this Section limits mandatory consumer rights or our obligations regarding shipment delays, cancellation, or refunds.
